Carbon UK

Members of the Youth and Elderly Society have been working on a project to raise awareness of the environment and help save the planet for future generations.

We are very proud to announce that Carbon UK has become an environmental trust in its own right and is the environmental arm of YES

Carbon UK`s objectives are;

• To raise environmental awareness of climate change and support the families and communities who are affected by it.
• Turn Schools, communities and businesses `Green` and help them tackle their carbon emissions.
• Help reduce deforestation, preserve rainforests and plant trees to help communities in third world countries.
• To raise funds for environmental projects.

YES has helped protect over 1.7 million square feet of endangered pine forest from logging and our goal is to plant at least 2.5 million trees each year.
